The aim of the presented text was to present the motives for choosing the profession of early childhood education teacher.The dorisvale station for sale research was based on qualitative strategies that allowed to present professional reality from the point of view of the teachers themselves.Analyzing the statements of early childhood education teachers, two main groups of motives for choosing a profession were identified: internal and external, and detailed.Internal motives include: childhood dreams, vocation – willingness to work with children and creative nature of work, while external motives: family traditions, teacher’s pattern, failure pet calming peanut butter in other professions and working conditions.Childhood dreams of practicing the profession of early childhood education teacher were recognized as distinguishing this professional group.
